Sinamics DCM - Need help with fault F60031

Hi All,

Anyone can help about this fault F60031 of one of our SINAMICS DCM CONVERTER,

Machine using this drive is been running normally for 2 years but just yesterday we encounter this  fault F60031. We replaced already the damage motor bearings and the encoder but still during higher machine speed this fault occurs. Please share your technical expertise and recommendation how to eliminate this fault.

F60031 = Excessive deviation between set point & actual speed.

Please check you have replaced correct/equivalent encoder to original one.

If above point is correct try by carrying out speed control optimisation, i.e. p50051 = 26.

Oi pessoal

Qualquer pessoa pode ajudar sobre esta falha F60031 de um dos nossos CONVERSOR SINAMICS DCM,

Máquina usando esta unidade está funcionando normalmente por 2 anos, mas apenas ontem encontramos esta falha F60031. Já substituímos os rolamentos do motor danificados e o encoder, mas ainda durante a maior velocidade da máquina essa falha ocorre. Por favor, compartilhe sua experiência técnica e recomendação de como eliminar essa falha.

F60031 = Desvio excessivo entre o set point & velocidade real.

Verifique se você substituiu o codificador correto/equivalente ao original.

Se o ponto acima estiver correto, tente realizar a otimização do controle de velocidade, ou seja, p50051 = 26.
