Sinamics G120 fail to reach maximum output voltage 400V

little_tiger Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	Im using PM250 with CU240E-2 V4.5. Set the motor basic setting and test run. Motor run at 50Hz but the output voltage only show 340V. Had change the Operating mode P1300 to 3 (U/F control with parameterizable characteristic). Go to Parameter P1327 set from 400 to 480V, the r71 Maximum output voltage also cannot reach 400V, only can reach 340V. Try to adjust P1803 maximum modulation depth, from 106 to 150%, the output voltage only can reach 380V. But when is loaded, it will drop to 340V. After that I change the PM250 to PM240 with same setting and same CU240E-2, the output voltage can reach 400V and more. Later I try to use the CU240E G03(old version with light blue colour BOP), install it on same PM250, set motor basic setting and test run, it can reach 400V. I had try connect motor and without connect any motor, result is same. Anybody know this is hardware problem or the setting problem? Any solution? Pls help, already delay the project for two weeks...

Now the evaluation in the frequency converter with the new CU240x-2 and the complete firmwareis improved. As written before, 87% of the input voltage can be reached for the PM250.

Input voltage is 400-380V But the output voltage drops to 360V as seen in BOP-2 monitoring screen. Why this drop occurs ? Also sometimes if measured at motor terminals, we can read 395V with multimeter ? Can anybody explain what can be done to read 395V at BOP screen?
