Sinamics G120 fault 1650 and 30650

On the controler i see both 1650, 30650 fault, I will be appreciated if you can help me to solve the issue. I dont know any thing about acceptance test on this series. Thanks a lot ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Sinamics Acceptance Test.

Basically it is a reminder that you have to carry out the acceptance test. But depending on the fault value F01650(xxxx) it could also indicate some parameterization faults which requires your attention. In case your fault value is 2003, 2004 or 2005 you can acknowledge the fault and continue with your safety commissioning/parameterization. Please check out the CU250S-2 list manual which shows F01650 with all possible fault codes and remedies. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109751315 After you have finished the safety commissioning/parameterization you have to carry out the safety acceptance test. When using STARTDRIVE you can use the integrated function of STARTDRIVE, V15 or higher is required for G120 acceptance test. The license “Startdrive Advanced” is required to use this function. As the Technology Team said, F01650 comes up after any changes on safety related parameters. Basically it is a reminder that you have to carry out the acceptance test. I my case F01650 came with values 2005 and 1000. Regarding F01650(2005), manual brings this message: “2005: The Safety logbook has identified that a functional safety checksum has changed. An acceptance test is required.” The manual suggests us to perform an acceptance test and generate an acceptance report. We did this test by energizing the CU input connected to the Safety integrated parameter p9620[0], deenergizing it and energizing it again, in other words CU input is 1->0->1. With respect to F01650(1000), manual brings this message: “1000: Reference and actual checksum on monitoring channel 1 are not identical (booting). - as a result of the changed current controller sampling time (p0115[0]), the clock cycle time for the Safety Integrated Basic Functions (r9780) was adapted. - at least one checksum-checked piece of data is defective. - Safety parameters set offline and loaded into the Control Unit.” The manual, as a remedy, suggests us to: - check the Safety Integrated Basic Functions (r9780) and adapt the reference checksum (p9799). - again, carry out safety commissioning routine. - replace the memory card or Control Unit. - Using STARTER, activate the safety parameters for the drive involved (change settings, copy parameters, activate settings).” In this context, to solve F01650(1000), we have done a safety commissioning routine and an acceptance test, without success. Aiming at investigate if the memory card is defective we have inserted an unused brand new memory card into the CU, performed the download of the program, copy ram to rom and an acceptance test (CU input connected to parameter p9620[0] 1->0->1) has been made. As a result, the problem has finally been solved and we concluded that the memory card is defective. I really hope that my experience helps you. Best Regards.
