SINAMICS GH180 6SR45 MAKING A DISTORTION ON THE GRID

Dears,

We recently commissioned SINAMICS GH180 VFD from China and the next day VFD was giving distortion problems on the grid. It even destroyed a lot of sensors on the grid as well as Vibrocontrol.

Can you please advise what is the problem ?? This VFD should be perfect harmony.
