Sinamics Integrated: Safety motion monitoring fault

Hi All, I have a simotion D455 with number of CX and motor modules. On the Sinamics integrated, there are few fault with number of faults : 1711, 30711, 1697, 1680, 30681, 30611 and 30600. Do you can advice which one trigger the fault in safety integrated function? Encoder? Fault pictures and simotion scout file as attached. Thank you. Edit: I think it related to Encoder monitoring between two Axis..if one is differ too much to the other then Safety Integrated Fault is triggered.. Attachmentsimotion.zip (537 Downloads) |

F01680 indicates that the checksums are not ok, but this is a subsequent fault to F30681 in my understanding. So, enter safety integrated commissioning again and correct the mentioned parameter first, to see what messages are left. |
