Hello, Please refer the attached sheet of overload capacity of PM240-2 power modules (extracted from S110 equipment manual) Based on the overload duty cycle of power module, for 1FK7061-4CF71-1PG0 motor, 6SL3210-1PE21-1AL0 module is ok but considering other conditions & to be on safer side I recomand you to go for 6SL3210-1PE21-4AL0 module. BTW my query is why you need to control servo motor with PM module? or why not induction motor? what is the application? HTH. |

The application is shear cutter machine, so that material (foil roll) is positioned with this servo motor then cutted with knife,...So it does positioning. I was asked to make a similar copy of an existing machine that uses Parker Parvex NX4 EAP (Nn=4000rpm, Mn=3.4NM). It is a motor with low inertia, so I am seeking equivalent Sinamics kit. The cheaper version I have in mind is Sinamics V90: 1FL6064-1AC61-0AA1 + 6SL3210-5FE11-5UF0 , but it is 2000rpm with almost 5x inertia compared to Parker motor. The search of suitable motor is limited to the existing working machine. EDIT: I have found also V90 low inertia, except it is working on 3x200V system.
