We use Sinamics S120 drive for the coil transfer(steel coil) system which includes roller tables, shifting tables, lifting tables. Through Pallet we transfer steel coil one roller table to another roller tables. Roller tables, Shifting tables are driven by 3 phase ac motor andwe use sensorless vector control. We are facing frequent overspeed problem for some of the roller tables motor drives. I enclosed the trace where actual speed, speed setpoint, torque were shown. If you look at the trace we are getting some spikes and oscillation in the speed after reaching to setpoint. How can we correct it. What are the possible causes (electrical, mechanical )for behaving like that. AttachmentRT_04_01.pdf (299 Downloads) |

I attached another roller table trace where speed, speed set point and torque were shown, Only one motor is used. In the attahecd trace you can see we are getting some spike on the actual speed : what is the reason - is it mechanical or electrical ? How to eliminate thatbecause that causing overspeed alarm and stopping roller table. AttachmentRT_10_12.pdf (246 Downloads) |
