Sinamics S120 cannot copy RAM to ROM

I am working with Sinamics S120. I have CU320, motor module, SMC30 and TM54F.

My problem is that I cannot copy RAM to ROM.

I am starting new project in STARTER with wizard. I am detecting units online. I finds my CU. Later I am performing first commisionig. I am using Automatic commisioning. It detects drive. To this point I can upload project to terget device, I can download it to PG. During uploading to target device it copies RAM to ROM. But later I am going offline to conigure drive. I am using for it yellow button Cnofigure in bookmark configuration of my drive. After it I am saving my project, going online and trying to upload it. Everything is going well untill window copy ram to rom appears. It used to take few second to perform copy ram to rom. Now it does not want to finish operation. I left computer for half of hour and window COpy RAM to ROM was still on the screen.

I have tried to restore factory settings via parameter p976 but it did not help.

Could you advise me what can I do to solve my problem?

I never remember which direction is download. Maybe now I will remember.
