Hi my friends, i write to you because i have one fault with one CF CARD, the problem consist in when i start the screen AOP30, the same show me one alarm "CF CARD CORRUPTED'' Replace with correct Version. Please see the attachment. i need help. thanks

Hi Graeme, thanks for your quick answer. I use the control unit Sinamics S120. See the attachment I will try to make a copy of the Compact Flash, and make a QUICK FORMAT, and reaload the firmware. if the AOP30 is corrupt, how i do for repair the AOP30?. thank Pedro R

Hi Graeme, thanks for your answer. i have one AOP30 and two CU320, the system work only with one, the second is a backup if the another fault. two years ago the system fault, the number of the fault is F30022, i check the inverter #2 and i see one damage in the IGBT BOARD and the fuses of the colector bar. I initiate the disassembly of the powerblock and i see the damage. (see the attachment page 1). We have two motors work in parallel and two inverters modules one for each motor, and one is damage, i need work with one motor at least, but de system would not let me, the number of the fault is F30012. (see attachment page 2). I needed work with one inverter module at least, i connect my laptop and the PC Adapter Siemens. And i use STARTER, i download the program from the CU320 to my laptop and disable the inverter two or (vector_06). upload the program to the CU320 and the fault's disappear. the system works fine, the motor work fine. (see the attachement page 3). But six month ago the AOP30 show me the screen: Drive commissioning: p0010 = 15. and show me some options and, i select the option 0 Ready (see the attachement page 4). I choose the option 0 Ready and the system start is correct, but when the technician cut the power and restart the system, when the system start show me the fault (NOTE CF card corrupted: Replace with correct version..). (see the attachment page 5). The system works fine, but when the cabinet, moving to another place, and the system start, the APO30 show me the same fault in the CF card.
