Sinamics S120 CU310-2 PN Camming

I want to program an individual cam por each servo. Siemens documents shows me that I can use next library: "109757232_Software_Basic_Synchronism_V5_2HF2" but I need to buy a runtime license or not works. I was reading that is possible to activate a trial license mode but I don't know how to do it, I need test this library before buy it. Somebody knows? Attachment Esquema General.png (135 Downloads)

Runtime License: For using the required DCB Extension libraries „GMC“ and „math_extended“ a DCB Extension Runtime License per Control Unit CU320-2 is needed. MLFB DCB Extension Runtime License: 6SL3077-0AA00-0AB0 (1 License per device – not per axis!) (Activation of Trial License Mode for maximum 3 Trial License Periodes with 300 hours each is possible) Could you tell us in more detail what you want to do? for example, why you don't want to use one CU320 and two PM? and make inside CU320 master-slave? The CU is IO-Device only and can not communicate with other IO-Device directsl, for that you need a IO-Controller in the configuration which copy the data from one IO-Device to the other. If you have 1 master (in your case the encoder) for more than 1 slave (in your case 2 slaves) you will need a CU320-2. This should be no problem even if you use AC/AC devices (like PM240-2), because you can use CU Adapter CUA31 or 32 to connect the power modules to the CU320-2. The trial license can be activated when you download your configuration including synchronism functionality to your device via STARTER. Then you will get a fault that the license is not sufficient. When you are online you can click right on the device and select "license overview". There you will get a mask which licenses are missing and there is a button on the top right "Activate trial license mode". Activate it and then acknowledge the faults. Then you can use the application and there will just stay a license warning. You can use the trial mode for 3 periodes of 300hours each. I need to use same encoder master for both CU's, I will try to duplicate this signal electrically. I installed the library and activated trial license mode, at this moment I'm trying to do some testings.
