SINAMICS S120 CU320-2 DP V4.6 starter freeze when we copy ram to rom

Dear Sir, we replaced the power cables on lube oil main pump and booster pump1,2,3. after replcing cable need identification of motor because size of the cable was changed. we sucsessfully made identification of cu1 and cu3 (main and booster pump group 1,3), unfortunately when we made identification on cu2 in the last step copy ram to rom software starter was frozen. we tried to connect with laptop to CU but we can not connected. after that rdy green led blinked 2hz/sec and also information on the display blinked "20 s 00000 ". according manual "s" means changed some parameter but not copied to rom (Is (bright) if at least one parameter was changed and the value was not transferred into the nonvolatile memory.) I pushed button "P" 3 sec according manual that action copy ram to rom withBOP20, after that information on the display stop blinking. we tried again connect to the CU but not sucsessfully. after that I removed (pullout) BOP20 and remove CF CARD and insert back again to CU CF card. after that rdy was blinking red 2Hz per sec. after that we connect laptop to CU and copy ram to rom sucsessfully. but rdy led blinking 2hz/sec and F02151 please help to solve that Best regards Allashov Batyrbek Attachmentsinamics.zip (89 Downloads) |
