Hi, collegues! I have some troubles with Sinamics S120. It will be a big pleasure for me, if this forum and you helps me with my problem. I have CU320 (v2.5.1.5) with double momo to move horizontal the trolley of the bridge crane. There are two independent motors with independent wheels on the rail on each side of the trolley. There aren't any speed-feedback devices such as encoders. Control type is V/f (p1300=0). Speed setpoint goes through Profibus to first drive and applied to the second drive via BICO. So, two drives start simultaneously. Sometimes (approx. 10-20 min) both drives goes to fault F07901 (Drive overspeed) at the same time. And I don't know why! When I looked on Functional diagrams of Sinamics (Figure 8010) i saw, that this fault is coming if r63 is transcend the neg and pos limits. But when I traced actual speed, current or something else I didn't see any abnormal oscillographs. You can look on traces here in attach. At the end of each graphics you can see OFF2-shutdown. What is the reason to shutdown drives? Why Sinamics stops them? This fault is not possible to bypass via p2100. Awaitng for your king reply! Thank you a lot!
