Hello Cristoph,

What parameters do you mean by 11x? We have a machine with 22 axis.You can find the configuration at attached file. We receive a drive cliq error at random times.Simotion version is V5.1 and cu version V4.8. 

The error codes I received are as follows:

F30835 Power Unit DCLIQ:Cyclic data transfer error

F31835 Encoder DCLIQ:Cyclic data transfer error

F30875 Power Unit DCLIQ:Suppl voltage failed(Undervoltage)

F30885 CU DCLIQ:Cyclic data transfer error

F31885 Encoder 1 DCLIQ:Cyclic data transfer error

F30008 Power unit:Sign of life error cyclic data

F30820 Power unit DCLİQ:Telegram error

F31820 Encoder DCLİQ:Telegram Error

F31860 Encoder DCLİQ CU:Telegram Error.

I changed the all drive cliq cable and I measured line supply voltage as solution. Line supply voltage seems well . I measured long term with a voltage analyzer. Maybe I can solve the problem by extending the drive cliq cycle time. Could you say 11x parameter mean ?

All cables of system are original siemens cables preassembled.All error are on external CU(especially CU320X1).I will search for cause of undervoltage.

Yes, we fixed the problem by changing the motor encoder.

Was it a Siemens motor / encoder?  Was it an external encoder?

What happened to the encoder?  Did it get hit by a pillow?

That might sound like a joke, but some encoders are horribly sensitive to any mechanical forces.
