Sinamics S120 FW change

Copy all the contents of FW 4.3. in another file. Say file 2. 3. Now delete the all files in the card of FW 4.3. Then copy all the contents of file 1 and paste to card of FW 4.3. Now your 4.3 card is converted to FW 4.4. 4. If required transfer or copy the user program from your project. Regards crs

One more doubt what will happen if one card is with performance license and other is without performance license?? please suggest. regards simatic manager

simaticmanager Posts: 150 Rating: (5)	dear all I was having 2 sinamics s 120 CF cards one of version 4.3.1 and other of version 4.4. Both were having performance extension license. I just copy all the contents of sinamics s 120 CF card version 4.4 and paste it in the another CF of version 4.3.1. version is upgraded but now CU is giving an alarm saying "" License is not adequate "" Please help regards Simatic Manager

l.minh Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Dear Simatic Manager, I think you copied and replaced key.txt in new CF Card. You paste all files 's backup from the old CF Card but don't replace key.txt in new CF Card.
