SINAMICS S120 Infeed Error 6200

PabloGimenez Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, I'm using the most powerfulSINAMICS S120 withFirmware 2.4: - Active Interface Module 690Vac - 1.4MW - Active Line Module &Motor Module: 690Vac - 1.2MW I created the project in Starter and downloadedto CU320 perfectly. The first step after download is DC Link/NetID. The equipment closes the contactor andthe precharge sequence starts..... Then, it givesthe following message: "Error 6200: Infeed Failure of one or several line phases"... According to the manual, if that message is shown at start-up, if you are using a VSM (this case) you have to match the phase assigment in VSM with the power unit..... But the phase assigment is OK! Can you tell me what's up?The power connections are OK, but I always get that error... I'm testing the frequency converter with a380/690 (50KVA) 3 phase transformer. The 690Vac side is DELTA connected....Is this a problem?Or it works OKindependentlyif it is WYEor DELTA connected? I hope somebody can help me. Thanks a lot!!!!

Is input line reactor connected? Have you checked fault history? Is any another fault/alarm displayed along with this fault?

MuntagA Joined: 4/9/2024 Last visit: 4/10/2024 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I had the same problem, after two days of searching I found that the active filter was connected in reverse - the output to the power supply was connected to the passive filter and the input from the passive filter was connected to the power supply.
