sinamics S120 PROFINET unstable after power OFF ON

After switchs OFF / ON sinamics CU, profinet communication for several sinamics falls down with F01910. I am not sure how is behaving the rest of the network if one CU goes OFF. The rest should work normally, I hope. Thanks for useful tips.

I already left the site :( Anyway I would be happy if you confirm that inactive node (powered OFF) should not affect the rest of profinet.
