Sinamics S120 trip with F7990 with fault value of 10

Kalyan Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	The configuration used is BLM of (690VAC, 1100KW) and Motor Module of (690VAC, 1200KW) for an Induction motor of 1000KW rating. While doing optimisation, it trips on Fault F7990 with fault value of 10 ( Motor incorrectly connected). The motor is connected as per the name plate and this motor with cables connected to another similiar1100KW BLM & 1200KW MoMo and it is running well. We have swapped the CIM and CU320 (V2.6.2) also and the problem continues. Can anybody help.

A.Gabardo Posts: 87 Rating: (7)	Hi Kalyan Which motor module do you have? The highest probability is that there is some inconsistent parameters. This fault is generated when there are incorrect motor data parameter. Please check the motor data parameters p0300, p0304 .. p0311. Hope this helps. Regards

A.Gabardo Posts: 87 Rating: (7)	Hello. How do you doing the optimisation? First look at the parameter p1910 = 1. p1910 = 1 Accept identified data. Or you also can try put the p0340 = 2 p0340 = 2 calculates the motor parameters. Kalyan Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hello! Thanks for your feedback. Ultimately it found out to be a break in the fiber optic cable between CIM and motor module. one core got cut connecting the IGBT. After replacing the Cable, we could complete Motor ID and as usual the S120 ROCKS
