Follow below procedure. If you have Sinumerik 840D Sl, check HMI software, is it HMI advance or Sinumerik Operate. If it is HMI advance, select MENU KAY -> Commissioning -> Drive system. If it is Sinumerik Operate, select MANU KEY -> SETUP -> Drive system. In drive system screen, check vertical softkeys, DRIVE + or DRIVE -. Accordingly select the required drive of which you need to replace MM. Select it, press CHANGE key, from the drop down list select the applicable one, after its selection, press NEXT key & if the other parameters are same, select NEXT key & same way complete encoder identification. At end drive summery window will pop up, check & confirm the details, if they are correct press SAVE key so that it will get saved permanently. If you have stand alone, S120 system, you need STARTER software installed on PC (You may get it download from SINAMICS MICROMASTER STARTER). With it go on line with S120 drive system & you can modify present project by replacing faulty module with new module. To know more about STARTER operation with S120, please SINAMICS S120 Getting Started this topic. In both cases, before proceeding ahead, please confirm you have valid data back up with you. HTH |
