Sinamics Simulation test kit

Hello Experts,

when i want to do stationary tunning or want to run drive in directly 1000 or more rpm my drive is tripping on DC link under voltage.

I am setting P210=300

P1244=400

P1248=150

what could be the ptoblem

Which Sinamics are we talking?

Usually acceptable voltage range is 380 to 480 (-15% ... +10%) for 3AC 400V and  so your 300V on the input is just not enough for the DC link to reach acceptable levels.

Yes its Sinamics S120 test kit with 220V AC

If I run the drive slowly and increase RPM it will accept upto 3000 RPM. 

I want to test cutter application which will need immediate 2000 RPM. 

I have 3 test kit with SLM,DMM(3A/3A) but all have same tripping.

I am using V4.7 with CU320-2PN and, DMM =3A/3A

I am setting

P210 =345V Supply voltage

P212.0 = yes   (reduced voltage )

P340=1  (Automatic calculation motor/control parameters)

and setting P1244 =400 V

P1248=150 to 250 V

After these settings also when I want to do stationry tunning and running in 1400 RPM and above , the  drive is tripping on undervoltage.

I am doing setting offline and then downloading to drive

and using standard motor 1FK7022

I do not change setting of P1244 and P1248 its automatically calculated
