Hi Everyone, I am working on a fatigue test application. We are using S120 CU320-2PN to control a PM240-2/1FT7105 motor with absolute encoder. Required motion profile is sinusoidal, simple up/down motion for the coupled vertical axis. I am generating a sinusoidal waveform of required amplitude and frequency from a CFC in drive. The output of this CFC is a sine curve which I connected with p1155 of drive. Control mode is speed control with encoder (p1300=21). The problem that we are facing is that after around 2000-3000 oscillations we notice a visible offset from center point of target position. Ideally the axis should move with fixed high/low displacement positions centered around the target position. But instead the high/low points continue to shift in the positive direction. Have you tried with p1300 = 21 velocity control with encoder! |
