Ok. Thanks you. Tomorrow in the morning I will try the electrical conection to see if works or no. I have a last question. Right now, I have this configuration: DI1 will move forward , DI1 and DI2 will move backward and DI4 is the Jog command. Can i separate DI1 and DI2? I mean DI1 only forward and DI2 only backward.

could it be concluded from the post that:

1. we can power up ( via DC source) the +ve terminal while the -ve goes to the load to complete loop (DO1)

2. we can power up a load of 220V ac via external source from relay output (DO2)

Everyone appreciates input to problems and proposed solutions, but you do realize that this post was made more than three years ago, right?

Definitely. Unfortunately i come across this problem 3 years later.

Does anyone of you tested the transistor output DO1 with an external supply of 12VDC?

Manual says the maximum voltage across terminals is */- 35V. But nothing about the minimum supply voltage.

Official Siemens answer is 3-35V DC.

I've tested it with 12V DC and it works fine!!

Why do I attach 24V to DO1, DO2 to the relay and then to 0V when the transistor also leads? What if I want the transistor to stop?
