Sinamics V20 Macros conection problems

I recently acquired a sinamics V20: the equipment data: SINAMICS V20, 1AC 230V 1.5kW Unfilt SINAMICS V20 200-240V 1AC -10/+10% 47-63Hz rated power 1.5 kW with 150% overload for 60 sec. unfiltered I/O: 4 DI, 2 DO,2 AI, 1 AQ fieldbus: USS/MODBUS RTU with built-in BOP protection: IP20/ UL open size: AC 90x160x147(WxHxD) I was trying to connect the Macro CN002, and nothing happened. I use the internal source of 24, an external source: nothing. I was reading and i found a code wich dont allow the reverse mode i allow that. But nothing is working, Its the first equipment i actually can program and its a little frustrating. I was able to get movement from the electric motor but im not able to: stop, change the direction... nothing. The inputs seems dont work. Thanks so much for you time and I hope someone can help me.

You can use the attached picture for Cn002 out of the V20 manual as reference. Please follow the commissioning steps described in chapter 5 of the V20 operating instructions manual. This chapter does also show how to start the motor for a test run via the basic operator panel (BOP). Phantom_GREY Member Joined: 10/18/2021 Last visit: 12/5/2023 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Yes i do all that thing, in fact i was worried the 24V dont work so i use multimeter to check any single point in the conection and nop, the 24V was there. After days of the quick comisioning somebody say to me in the expert mode theres a code i cant remember the number and i was looking in the manual but i cant found yet wich block the reverse mode. So i change only that. But still dont work.

If so, please check setting in parameter p1110, which can suppress negative setpoints. You can check parameter r1114 for the frequency setpoint after direction control to see if the negative setpoint is selected and processed. If r1114 shows good values check parameters r1119 and r1150 for appropriate setpoint values. Make sure that p1140, p1141 and p1142 are not 0 to see any frequency setpoints on r1150.

I enter in the mode 3 to see all the configuration and the values a found are this P1110: 0 P1140: 1 P1141: 1 p1142: 1 r0018 : 3.97 r0019: 0002 p700 : 2 p702 : 12 p703 : 9 p704 : 10 p705 : 17 p706 : 17 p712 : 0 p713 : 0 p717 : 2 p1820 : 0 p1900 : 0 Cn002 : conection PNP Ap000 The only conection actually work is: jog mode, the rest: on/off : Dont work Reverse mode :Dont work fail : no fail in the screen, so i never use, so i dont know. 'quick commissioning' routine was the first thing i do. and after finish i check the data of the electric motor and was OK all the values are there. any sugestion?

Do you have checked your setpoint source? Because Jog is using an independent setpoint from the normal operation setpoint. For Cn002 the analog input 1 is used as setpoint source with p1000=2. Check that you have connected the right signals to the analog input, and you have parameterized the correct scaling in p0757 to p0760. With r0755 you can see the scaled actual value of your analog input, which is used as frequency setpoint in macro Cn002. This frequency setpoint should also be visible in r1114. With r0752 you can see the actual value of your analog input in [V] or [mA] to check if the correct analog input raw value is detected.

Ok i check double time this are the values p1000: 2 p757:0.00% p758:0.00% p759:10.00% p760: 100% R0755: start from 0.20 and goes to 16383 with the potentiometer r1114: goes to 0 Hz to 50Hz r0752 : goes to 0 to 9.99 And still working Jog mode, on/off: nothing reverse: nothing DI1 (8): conected to on/off - the source is the point 24v wich its conected the rest of the signals. im not shure what its wrong. any idea? thanks so much for the time!

In parameter r0052 you can see the status word of the V20, maybe some enable signals keep the drive in the situation. Because jog mode and the corresponding digital input is working, you can exchange the settings of DI1 (p0701) and DI4 (p0704), see attachment, to check that the input is working properly. Because jog mode and the corresponding digital input is working, you can exchange the settings of DI1 (p0701) and DI4 (p0704), see attachment, to check that the input is working properly. ok i enter in the R0054 WORD :007E (no signal) JOG activated: 017E on/of (activated): 007E Reverse (activated): 007E THe word only change with the jog mode signal r0052: Eb31 (no signal) Jog (activated) EF37 on/off (activated): Eb31 Receverse (activated) Eb31 ok i change the input configuration and the JOG mode was the only one working p701:1 ---->10----->12--->1----->1 P702:12 -->12----->10---->12--->12 p703:9----->9------->9----->10---->9 p704:10--->1------->1----->9------>10 there must be something dumb the problem. i change the input configuration and all the position of jog mode work properlly in I1,I2, I3, and work anytime. Thanks so much for you time. any other idea?
