Sinamics v90 f31117 and F7453

I am having issue with these alarms on v90 drive. I've changed the motor 1fl6064-1ac61-2aa1, but still having same issue . I will order new encoder cable but when I checked it with multimeter, it looks fine.

What can it be the problem?
