Sinamics V90

Hello to everyone. When I switch on my Sinamics V90 drive, it displays rdy and com in red and flashes at 0.5 Hz. It also does not display any alarm codes. I attempted to discover the meaning in the manual but was unsuccessful.

It is recommended to access to the drive via SINAMICs V Assistant software and see the diagnosis buffer of the drive

                   When I connect the drive, the SINAMICs V Assistant does not recognize it.

You have to add the drive package to your V-Assistant ,

Check if the updates of your V-Assistant

Hi MAZENJER,

             I think the Sinamics V-Assistant already has the package for the drive because I can connect to another drive of the same model normally. When I attach the problematic drive, it does not show up on my Sinamics V-Assistant. Could I connect the drive in a different manner?

             I tried unsuccessfully to connect the device through USB. I'll give it another shot using an Ethernet connection.
