hi, I want to know the difference between CP1242-7 and SINAUT. i want to send SMS for perticular faults which one to use??

Hello pratik7332, CP 1242-7 is a product. SINAUT is the brand. which product in SINAUT do you mean? Is it MD 720-3? If it is so, then CP 1242-7 is a module which gets connected in the backplane of S7-1200 system. Whereas MD 720-3 needs to be interfaced with PLC through RS232 interface. hi, I got it, thnx for the info i want to interface MD720-3 with S7200 . which MLFB number to order ?
