I have a Project in TIA (STEP7 V11 SP5) with CP340 (S7-315 DP/PN) and modem SINAUT MD720-3. S7-300 communicate to a SINAUT Micro SC Server over a CP340.

But the problem is that I need to CP340-SINAUT library for TIA portal.

I have create a project in the STEP7 V5 SIMATIC Manager and integrate the library. Then migrate the project in the TIA portal. And i saved the library as a TIA library. Then i created project in TIA with sinaut library. And compiled project without errors.

BUT seems the block " WDC_S7_300_CP340" does not work on the TIA. Because the block WDC_S7_300_CP340 not trying to initializes modem MD-720-3. But WDC_S7_300_CP340 block does not have any errors in online mode (INITIATED =0, BUSY=0, DONE=0, ERROR=0, NEW_TIMW=0, STATUS=0).

Modem: Md-720-3 communication speed 9600

CP-340 properties: protocol ASCII, speed 9600 (maybe not the communication protocol in CP340?)

On CP340 led's:

SF- Lights up in red, when disconnecting the cable from the modem. (normally off) TX and RX- when connecting a modem, blinks green one time. (normally off)

In the block WDC_S7_300_CP340 input "INIT" i have give impulse and a constant signal for modem parameterization. But modem not initializes. The cable between the modem and cp340 is good. Maybe you have suggestions for where you could be a problem?

Maybe anyone have a library (tested and functioning) or a project with the CP340-SINAUT the TIA portal?
