SINEC L2 CP Module Error With New EPROM

AutoGen_9510911 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	HI, The system includes: PLC 115U with Sinec L2 CP Module. We backed up the original EPROM, added one new S5S5 link and "burn" to new EPROM. After we put the new EPROM to the CP Module, we have the error " ARTR. Not Initialized" displaying on SINEC CP 5430 TF software. In addition, the CP is in STOP and can not go to RUN mode. We need to find out what this error means? Have you seen this before and how to rectify it? By the way, we put back the original EPROM and CP is RUN without any issues. Also the new EPROM is 64kb which is larger than original EPROM of 32kb. Thanks.

Have you changed the setting for "Submodule Size" and "Submodule Type" before transferring your modified program to the new 64kB EPROM ?
