SINEC L2

Hi,
I have same issue.
Have you found solution to share with me ?

I download program and DB1 from unit without SINEC L2 to 6SE5 095-8MD01 and BF is constantly ON. I assume 6SE5 095-8MD01 will work no matter of BF led since user program is not using SINEC L2 . --- Please share your experience.

Hi All,

I have just replaced a 6SE5 95U, that does not have a SINEC L2 plug or a BF Led indicator, with a 6SE5 095-8MD01 which, does have a SINEC L2 plug and BF Led. We are not using, (do not need) the SINEC L2 plug for this application. The BF Led light is on all the time. Is there a way to Deactivate the BF Led indication? So it will stay Off all the time.
