usen Posts: 17 Rating: (1)	Dear All, I just install Sinema Server V12 on my SIMATIC FIELD PG with OSWindows 7 Ultimate. The Sinema Serversystem started succesfully and then i try to Start Webclient but the Internet explorer could not display the (Sinema Server)interface page. Just make a try with deactivared fw, or add a rule to allow tcp port 8080 (is the port I saw in the address bar of your screenshot) Is your Internet Explorer configured to use a proxi?. Check in the Internet options of Internet explorer (tab connections) and deactivate the proxi. You use port 8080. Is this the one configured for Sinema server? Right click on the sinemam server icon in the system tray, and check the configuration of the ports.

usen Posts: 17 Rating: (1)	Thank you for your respon jklm You Right, the windows firewall was on, then i set it to off but the same error still occur. My internet connection did not use proxy. Yes I use port 8080 because the default port (80) already use. the port (8080) was the free port which recommended by The Sinema Server Icon (with click the button of "find free port') I will try to allow tcp port 8080 as your sugestion. But, I have problem when open the topology page on the Sinema Server.The internet explorer could not show the network topology.the detail problem is shown at attached files.When I click the "topology" menu, the pop-up windows occuras shown in "Topology error message.jpg" and when I click the "OK" button on the pop up window, the page becomeblank page with cros sign (x)on left top of the page Please advice to to solve it? Connect you PG to Internet. Go to a link to download and install java (for instance: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp) The first time you will run the topolgy, you will get a new popup asking if you trust the called jaca applet. Answer with "trust always ..."

usen Posts: 17 Rating: (1)	Thank You jklm. The topology network was displayed after Install Java. The java software can be found on the Sinema Server DVD (in the folder JRE). We must install the software manually. Regards, Khusaini

I would recommend to install actual versions from the Internet. Regarding JAVA settings: In the picture you can see the JAVA settings that prevent JAVA to show warnings: Attachment JAVA Settings.png (250 Downloads)

I got the warning that says more information can be found from Microsoft. Seen in previous post. I am in IE11. My computer is not connected to the internet and is on its own private network. My server is running on the same machine as I want to few my information. I do have devices that were scanned, the topology just wont display. My settings appear differently that what was previously posted in a picture as well. Does someone have the IE11 version of the settings they could share? The machines are Windows 7 64bit. The 64bit install of Java would not fix it. Only after I installed 32bit version did the display work.
