Single to Double Command in SICAM PAS

Hi Every one,

We are using SICAM PAS (V8.12) in our substation automation project. The protocol of the Remote-Control system (SCADA) is IEC-101. This Control Center does not support double Commands and only supports single commands. All switches in this Project are controlled with double commands. How can we convert SCADA Command from Single Point to Double point in the SICAM PAS server? (We don’t have any external gateway here.

Is it possible to do this conversion via Soft PLC? (Which function can do this?)

Is there any solution other than Soft PLC?

As you mentioned in your reply we changed the type of the command of a Switch. We used SC (Single Command) instead of DC (Double Command) (Attached PDF Page1). Then We used Simulator to send the command through IEC-101 (Attached PDF Page2). But the command did not execute. In the IED (BCU) received command is shown as SEL-Close and SEL-Open ( Most probably it means Select open and Select close) (Attached PDF Page3). In the same BCU when we used another Double Command for another switch command was executed properly.

In Our project control center use separated telegram addresses (IOA) for Open and Close. Do we need to change any setting for this in SICAM Pas or BCU? Is it possible using SoftPLC for this purpose?

I have same issue and I tried your solution it did not work. I think IED (BCU) is not accepting that and maybe another modification in relay/SICAM Pas is needed. 

Is there any function in Soft PLC for this Conversion? I could not find anything about this in the Soft PLC document.
