Hi Testermax, I guess you are using Win Xp for actual ES/OS project. Instead need W2K3 for server station, and keep your ES station as well ES only or OS client as you like. The question is you need new phisical PC for server, and need configure new "PC Station" in HW configuration. I suggest you to change your actual configuration in "PC Station" as well as Nil said before, just remeber to change everything (station name, IP/MAC address and so on...) when done, go ahead with others configuration (PC station clients) P.S.: remeber you need right license for servers and clients Regards |

Hi CBo and Happy new year to you!
Do you think it would be better to cut/paste ES_OS station and change it to an OS server, in an OS server subproject (and not just cut/paste the OS(1) object from the ES_OS pc station)? The link above "What should you do ..." doesnt seem to point to the right place... But your point, "to clean your original ES_OS project from runtime data" caught my attention! Can you explain why this is important? |
