Sinumeric 840d booting problem nck has not starded up

Hello, This is the video of the seven segment and nc plc leds display from booting until stacking to the 840d shopturn logo. When i perform the general reset in which order i should load the files? i have nc.arc, plc.arc, and pcu20.abb file. In the video 01. the leds that lit up in plc are the PS which blinks red every 3 secs and the PF which stays red all the time,and at the seven segment display theres a '' c. '' with a dot and later goes to 6. sorry for the quality of the video but with a limit of 3000kb i coudn't make it any better. Attachment01.zip (154 Downloads) |

Hello,
If i look at your clip ...i found there is no NC backup is loaded 611D cards are having the RED Led indicating and PLC is stop mode. Clear your NC and PLC....before doing any kind of activity ensure you have the machine original backups with you.Don't use the current one which is there now.
