Karl Thank you for the fast response. I am not sure which encoderyou are talking about replacing.I also do not know what M19 you are refering to. The machine does not have a tool changer. I think I can disablethe encodertemporarily to see if we can get past the error.I have attached an abridged set ofdocumentation. I would really appreciate any insightthat you can offer. Hi, Thank you for the response. The machine does have have 2 EXE605 A/5-F "encoder conditioners". are these indeed encoder contamination detectors?Do you still think I have a bad encoder? Like you said, They check out okay from a feedback standpoint. I will attach a abridged set of docomentation for your review. This stupid thing is driving me crazy!
