sinumerik 810d commun problem

BAm3903 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have a machining center down.The outage occurred after a battery fault of the CCU board.I replaced the battery and did a reset NC-PLC. I got to recharge from an archive contained in the machine. Charging seems to have gone well for the only lights that remain lit at the SINUMERIK 810D are consistent with the doc and I have no particular fault.But I have no output controller.The door be locked open and well well well. Has anyone had a similar problem and if so how to solve it. Sincerely.

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello.... What is indication on the I/R module? if it indicatesgreen....module is not healthy 63/64/48 missing... What is the indication on CCU card does it display 6 on it? You can disconnect the I/R module switch on alone and check first whether it healthy first... attaching you the link for the same... /tf/WW/en/Posts/45447#top hope this will help you out...
