Sinumerik 810M GA3 replacement

V.S Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Hello, Marry Christams and Happy New Year. I want to change old SINUMERIK 810M GA3 (6FC3551-1AC-Z) to a newer control. Machines is diamond wire stone processing machine (5 axis), it has SIMODRIVE 611, so I wonder which control is most suitable for me and which one will work perfectly with SIMODRIVE 611. Thanks Vaga

So 802D SL +ADI4 and the original SIMODRIVE 611 completes the system. Could you please help me and inform the rough cost of this replacement, I have filled the application for industry mall, have not got the permission yet. So please inform if You can. You see this factory is located quite far from Yerevan, and I want to be able to have remote assistance and I could not find in the 802 D SL description that it is possible, so maybe I should go for 810D, because I am a little familiar with that control and it has that option. please advise. Vaga There are differences are there like in 802DSL there are three variants of PCUs....(Value,Pro,Plus) and NC memory differences are there..802DSL PLC logics are written in LAD and it with the platform of S7200 where as 810D is with Simatic S7300 Yes you can have modem, CF card ,Ethernet, USB can be used in 802DSL Regards, Prakash
