Sinumerik 828D - adding TOOL and setting WO problem

Hello Our company just bought a machine with a Sinumerik 828D Basic T panel and when i am adding new tool, the tool position is not a number it is "LL" and after that i cannot add another tool to the list and im getting the following error : "Error in tool load". I am also trying to set WO but i cannot ... maybe because i don't have a normal tool .. i am also getting an error when pressing the set WO button : "Setting WO not possible in MCS". How can i fix this problem ? Please someone help me ! Thanks I tried to use G54 in the MDA ... G54 is getting active but i still can not add tool or set z0 x0 point. The machine is new and it came with this tool problem. I can create only one tool but when i am trying to load it into a location the loading panel gets stuck and the tool isn't loading, it remains on "LL" (Load Loaction ) position. Ps. I dont get any error / alarm message only just the tool is reamaining at the loading action
