Sinumerik 880 Plc Loading after PLC backup and Parameter Backup gets lost

At the final i am loaded the parameters of NC and PLC. But i am not able to communicate with PLC through Port X121 and X131 . Can you please guide me the procedure. 5030: 00000100 5031: 11000111 5010:00000100 5011:11000111 i am using RS232 25 Pin to 9 Pin with USB adapter.Whether same cable suit for the PLC also.
