SINUMERIK 880M with 2nd Operator panel

nulizhang Platinum Expert Joined: 10/17/2007 Last visit: 1/24/2025 Posts: 4160 Rating: (363)	Hi, everyone, I did services for one of our customers. they have an old MC using SINUMERIK 880M (GA1I think) there is2nd operator panel (9"display and keyboard)for tool loading. customer told me this panel had worked 2 year ago. but now there is only display but the keyboard is no action.the red LED on the intrface card 6FX1143-3BA00 lit and5 LED's in front of 9" operator panel are flash. I checked 880M manuals but only got limited info.for this kind of configuration. I am sure the conenction is from X111 on the intrface card 6FX1 143-3BA00 to X121 on Operator CPU (880 12" ). and X121 (880 1st interface) is good at both in/output (test by PCIN).the cable is standard rs232 (25/25pin) the Machine Data related are NC MD 5030=00000011 plc MD 6026=1xx1xxxx plc siganals DB40 DW 43 bit 8/9 controlled by plc program But I am not sure the intrface card 6FX1143-3BA00 is good or not and also the Baudrate for 1st interface Setting Data bit 5011=11000XXX(I try 9600 and 300) if any of you know this kind of config. please check for me the baudrate (SE5011=?????????) any kind of help or info. are welcome. thanks
