sinumerik-sinutrain license corrupt !!

Have been using shopmill 6.3 on our 4 dugard eagle cnc mills for 3 months.
up to today it has performed faultlessly.
However, when trying to fire up sinutrain (shopmill), i am being told that the license is not valid (please install a valid license key) now the yellow floppy disc that contains the license( or so i thought) doesnt now contain anything.
Am i correct in thinking that when i first intalled the programme and license, it was tranferred from the floppy disc to the computer?

Anyway i now cannot use the program at all, andhope that a new license disc may cure this?

Is this possible and how can i reactivate the program/license?

if i dont get this sorted soon ill have half a million pounds woth of cnc machines standing idol.

I assume this issue must have been solved already long time ago since otherwise you would have been bankrupt by now, but I wanted to reply to the answer of SteveJ.

I am sorry I have to disagree with you.

When you install Sinutrain for the first time, the license is NOT automatically transfered to your hard disk. You must use the Automation License Manager to transfer the license from floppy to Hard Disk.

start ALM

if you click on A drive on lefthand side, the license will be displayed on the right

rightclick on the license and you see "transfer".

transfer the license to theC drive. Do not interrupt during transfer!!

Then click on C drive on lefthand side and you will see the license again.

If you start Sinutrain, it will give same alarm on the first time. Cancel and start sinutrain again.
Then it should start normally.
