Sinumerik System 3 Plc CPU 6eS-5921-3WB14 is in Stop Mode

The CPU Stop(Red) Led is continuous ON. i have Cold Restart the CPUbut still Stop(Red) Led is Continuous ON and there is another Card 6FX1122-2A002. In this Card Two Red Leds. When i am front of this Card then Left Side Red Led is continuous Flashing and Rigt Side Red Led is continuous ON. i have checked this card on good machine there is only right side red led is on.(i do not have a manual of this card) only know that this is Sinumerik System 3 PC-Ext Card. What does mean of Red led flashing??? and send me the detail description of reset procedure and others manual of sinumerik system 3. on sinumerik System 3 6FC3843-0FA-Z i am waiting for your urgent reply.

skop77 Posts: 42 Rating: (0)	2nd led is diagnostic of 2nd nc. if you have got only one nc ,this led flash every time. there is no problem.

T.Delev Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Dear Mr. 256 The right procedure for restarting PLC CPU on Sinumeric System 3 is as follows: 1. Put PLC CPU switch in STOP mode 2. Press Reset key of Power Supply 3. Simultaneously with Reset key of Power Supply press Restart key of PLC CPU 4. Release Reset key of Power Supply 5. Wait the Green Run Led of PLC CPU to get ON and OFF 6. Release Restart key of PLC CPU 7. Move PLC CPU switch from STOP to RUN 8. Move PLC CPU switch from RUN to STOP 9. Finally, move PLC CPU switch from STOP to RUN The PLC CPU should be successfully restarted. For more informations download 49_3 Installation Guide GA 0-3.pdf
