Ali Tajari Advanced Member Joined: 8/11/2013 Last visit: 12/10/2022 Posts: 18 Rating: (1)	Hi I have a machine with SINUMERIK SYSTEM 3 TT control.CPU of thePLC (6ES5921-3W) part of this system has 2 memory submodules (EPROM). I want to change the PLC programm of this machine and so I need to change EPROM modules to RAM, but I don't know what I should to do?

Joe_Ribeiro Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, The first submodule is basic program, the second submodule (lower) is PLC program.You need to replace the second module by module ram. In have attached some information Attachment Sinumerik 3 GA 4.pdf (221 Downloads)

Generally you had a full size memory card to plug in. I assume you know you need a 511 comms card for the system in which case you can reprogram the eprom minus the blocks you need to change and use the onboard ram (2k) to make the changes. When proven blow the blocks onto the eprom. Pee
