Hi, I ahve solved my issue with wrong version. Actually what the problem was that the transmitter is with option of profisafe (C21 for my this transmiter). The profisafe option does not change the order number but it comes as 'Z' option. you can check it on the data sheet of device. Why I wnet for it coz when I was trying to detect the deviceusing simple sitrans P DSIII GSD it was comming up with the message attached and it canbe seen clearly from the message that it is from profisafe family and when I tried profisafe GSD it detected the device and everything works ok.
