Hello; We might not have been clear enough. A Siplus equipment, say a Siplus G120 drive, is a standard G120 model modified to withstand certain environmental conditions, such as temperature, altitude and/or chemically-active environments. The electronics of the drive are not affected by these changes. The Siplus part number corrrsponds exactly to the standsrd ("based-on") part number as far as the programming identity of the unit.
If the hardware catalog of your program does not have a section on the Siplus unit you want to project (recent versions ofTIA Portal shows Siplus CPUs and I/Os for example) you can project the standard part number of the unit you want to work with. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/us/en/view/109746275 Hope this helps, |
