SIPROTEC 4 for Digsi 4 Using 7UT6125 can,t Trip

Dear Everyone good day

I have a problem when using Digsi 4 for Time Over current Phase and found that the Siprotec not give signal trip after downloading the parameter digsi 4, How to trace this problem since i couldn't find the problem. for more detail i send the PDF print parameter digsi 4. Thank you so much for the appreciation and attention.
