SIPROTEC 4 Relays - NTP Time Synchronization - Cisco NTP Server

Hello,

Does anyone here have experience in configuring time synchronization of SIPROTEC 4 relays (via NTP) using a Cisco router (CGR-2010) as the NTP server?

I'm currently encountering multiple Clock SyncError alarms from a SIPROTEC 4 protection relay.  The relay synchronizes with the NTP server (Cisco Router) for a short period of time and loses synchronization causing the Clock SyncError alarm to activate.

Any pointers with debugging this issue is appreciated.
