Siprotec 5 BCU communication with WinCC HMI without RTU

The BCU is connected with optical fibre to a ruggedcom switch, and from there with a lan cable to my laptop. Im unsure how to get the signals from the BCU to the HMI. I have made an SCD file in DIGSI 5, but unsure how to use it in WinCC. Any help is appreciated

SICAM SCC is one option, which offers several templates for the control of typical substation primary equipment, such as circuit-breaker and disconnectors. It also offers other functionalities, such as topological coloring, which colors the single line diagram based on voltage presence and swichgear positions. It imports data from the SCD to Tag Management, Tag Logging and Alarm Logging. More information SICAM SCC - SiePortal - Siemens RC-DE

Im not quite sure of where you can import the SCD file in WinCC though to get the signals to tag management, what tool should i use for this? Edit. Adding to this. It says the IEC61850 channel license has been discontinued?
