Kindly, which Sitop is most suitable, for 24vdc supply of, ET200SP modules and Sinamics S120 drives? We need it with 220 vac input and 24vdc 20A output.

yes is the same, no have only the VDC input

The specs of the 2 units are similar as Ste39 has pointed out, but there are important differences in startup and overload protections provided by the 2 families of power supplies, PSU8200 and PSU100S.

It would be best if you looked at their technical data, along with this presentation of the Sitop family, and choose based on the performance and protection you need in this situation, and not only for price. Only you can decide what is best for your project.
