In one of my ET200s-project I am using following components,

2 power module (6ES7138-4CA01-0AA0)

8 di modules (6ES7131-4BF00-0AA0)

8 do modules(6ES7132-4BF00-0AA0)

2 ai ( 6ES7134-4MB02-0AB0)

2 ao( 6ES7135-4GB01-0AB0)

and I have selected 20amp sitop (6EP13363BA00)

I am getting problem in this system that my sitop is going to shutdown. when I connect DC24V-6th terminal to A8/Aux1-A8 terminal of power module and when I remove this link then my sitop goes in run mode.

I am not getting what should I do for this problem?

How is the exact installation of your station? 

Maybe you can post a Screenshot of it. 

For what are you using the AUX-rail?

See the manual of ET200s. in chapter 3.4 you find information about the AUX-rail(page 45/46).

Mention the warning on page 46:

SIMATIC Distributed I/O System ET 200S

Warning

If you connect the AUX1 bus to common potential independently of the P1/P2 buses

(different voltages), there is no safe electrical separation (in accordance with EN 50178)

between the AUX1 bus and the P1/P2 buses.
