siddu patil Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Dear Sir I have in my panel SITOP Modular 24VDC Power Supply. when i am cheacking voltage b/w +ve & -ve it showing 23 vdc. but when i am going to cheackyhe voltage b/w -ve to ground (penal earth) it showing 14vdc. please give solution for this problum, because of this some of the deviece are not working proparly (vibretors) Thanks & Regards Siddu Patil
