Hi Pepsi Cola,
since you are using a PROFINET enabled version of UPS1600, it will depend on how you are using the UPS. When connected to a PLC as PROFINET IO device, the configuration is done in your engineering software (e.g. STEP 7). In this case, the PROFINET IO controller - the PLC - will configure the device during startup. When only configured per software (SITOP Manager) you have to configure the new UPS according to the old one. Kind regards |

Hi, This UPS does not have any profinet port |

Hi Pepsi Cola, the configuration with SITOP Manager is described in chapter 6 of the function manual 'SITOP Manager User Manual'. It would also be possible, to configure the UPS using the web server. If the old UPS is still accessible, you might be able to copy the parameters. Please note, the device has a default configuration. Maybe this configuration is fitting your needs, then you don't have to change it. Kind regards |
